Returns & Exchanges

Because our shirts are made with your dog’s individual measurements in mind, we want to make sure you choose the best fit possible. Please carefully review our measuring guide before placing your order.

Returns for Store Credit

We accept returns for store credit only. Store credit will be issued once the returned shirt has been received and inspected.

Because our garments are sized based on the measurements provided for your dog, returns due to a customer-provided measurement error do not qualify for a return, exchange, or replacement. Please double-check your measurements before ordering, and reach out to us if you need help determining the best size.

Exchanges & Fit Issues

If your shirt arrives and the fit isn't quite right, please contact us. We are happy to work with you to find a solution, including an exchange or sending a replacement shirt, when applicable.

If the fit issue is due to an error on our end—such as an issue with the garment being made to the wrong measurements—we will gladly make it right by accepting the return and providing a replacement or another appropriate solution. The garment is subject to a half inch difference in either direction due to the handmade nature of the item.

If the issue is determined to be the result of measurements provided incorrectly by the customer, it does not qualify for a return, exchange, or replacement.
